AURIQ Terms of Service

1. General Information This website is operated by AURIQ PRECIOUS STONES & JEWELRY TRADING FZCO, a DMCC Free Zone company (License No. DMCC-1010615, Registration No. DMCC204240). Our registered address is Unit BA2536, DMCC Business Centre, Level 1, Jewellery & Gemplex 3, Dubai, UAE. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Made-to-Order Business Model and Production Timelines AURIQ operates strictly on a direct-to-consumer, made-to-order model. We do not hold inventory. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following estimated production timelines:

  • Standard Catalog Orders (Track A): Require 12–16 business days for production prior to shipping.

  • Custom AI Designs (Track B): Require 16–21 business days for CAD finalization and production prior to shipping.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. AURIQ is not liable for delays caused by external shipping couriers or customs processing.

3. Payments and Fraud Prevention All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept card-only payments and do not process or accept cash transactions under any circumstances. By submitting payment, you authorize AURIQ to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount. To comply with international anti-money laundering frameworks, all orders are subject to automated sanctions screening. AURIQ reserves the right to cancel and refund any order flagged by our risk assessment protocols.

4. Intellectual Property and Design Ownership All content on this website, including but not limited to finished jewelry, conceptual sketches, branding, and images, is the exclusive property of AURIQ.

  • Custom and AI-Assisted Designs: AURIQ explicitly retains all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership over any designs, including CAD files and visual assets generated through AI visualization during the custom design process.

  • Purchasing a custom piece grants you physical ownership of the finished jewelry, but does not transfer the intellectual property rights or CAD files, which remain the sole property of AURIQ.

  • AURIQ reserves the right to evolve custom requests into standard catalog pieces at our discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURIQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or products. Our liability will under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific product at issue.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dubai.

Concept exploration and owner-assisted completion

You can order the listed starting piece without adding a motif or generating an image. Concept exploration also allows a blank motif where the product configuration supports it. The production trial allows eight completed one-image actions per visitor in a rolling 24-hour window. A new image, regeneration or available edit uses the same allowance. Validation failures and technical failures without a recoverable image do not consume a completed action; uncertain requests must be reconciled before another request.

Preview colours, stones and construction choices are visual preferences, not priced material upgrades or a promise of availability. Purchasable options use the Shopify variant and price shown at checkout. The starting-piece price is not a final quotation for an unpriced custom specification. Concept images do not establish finished weight, manufacturability or physical safety. Final materials, dimensions, construction and the commercial specification are confirmed with the owner; CAD remains internal and physical inspection is required.

For a paid estimate, estimated full payment precedes the individual supplier quotation. A proposed increase has no customer percentage cap, requires your explicit acceptance and payment, and is never an automatic debit. If you refuse it, AURIQ apologises, cancels and refunds all successful captures less amounts already successfully refunded, including earlier additional payments and AURIQ-collected shipping and tax, without deductions. Supplier, CAD, processing and restocking costs are not deducted. Previously accepted firm-price terms and mandatory rights are preserved. This refusal remedy takes precedence over any custom-item exclusion or fee elsewhere in these policies. Payments are completed through Shopify-hosted checkout links; never send card credentials in WhatsApp.
