AURIQ Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Production Timelines AURIQ operates strictly on a made-to-order model; we do not hold inventory. Your order will not ship until manufacturing is complete.

  • Standard Catalog Orders: Require 12–16 business days for production.
  • Custom AI Designs: Require 16–21 business days for CAD finalization and production.

2. Shipping Methods and Transit Times The owner confirms fulfilment arrangements before dispatch.

  • Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for the selected destination.

  • Transit time to the United States generally takes 3 to 7 business days after the production phase is complete.

  • A tracking number will be provided via email the moment your package is dispatched.

3. Signature Requirement and Delivery Security Due to the premium nature of our products, all shipments require a direct signature upon delivery.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Couriers are strictly instructed not to leave packages unattended.

  • If you are unavailable to sign for the package, you are solely responsible for coordinating redelivery or pickup directly with the courier.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Our primary market is the United States, and all shipments are imported from the UAE.

  • The customer acts as the importer of record and is entirely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by US Customs and Border Protection.

  • AURIQ strictly adheres to international shipping laws and will not alter commercial invoices or declare artificially low package values under any circumstances.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Every AURIQ shipment is fully insured during transit.

  • If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking indicates a delivery but you have not received it, you must contact our support team within 48 hours.

  • We will initiate a formal investigation with the courier. AURIQ will only issue a replacement or refund after the courier's investigation is formally concluded and the insurance claim is approved.

Checkout shipping rates

The currently configured US Economy rate is free for eligible orders of US$50 or more. Other destinations, including the UAE, have shipping calculated at checkout. The shipping methods and amounts shown in Shopify checkout apply to the selected destination; this is not a worldwide free-shipping promise.
